Huge Thanks
“When dreams collide, magic happens.” That is exactly what took place during the debut of the Waterfront Film Festival permanent venue. The Ataxian was chosen to be the first film shown in the new facility. And it would not have been as successful without the help of those people who partnered with It Takes Hope. And the people who came out to view this phenomenal film. Thank you for your role in making this dream a reality.
We were able to fly in Kyle Bryant and Sean Baumstark for the weekend. What a gift they were. It was a blast weaving them into a community we love so much. They certainly made their mark on all our hearts and raised awareness for Friedreich's Ataxia.
One step closer in eliminating this dreaded disease.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The Ataxian Film & Fundraiser
On Thursday, June 22– Saturday, June 24 we joined the Waterfront Film Festival for the Grand Opening of their new venue with the premiere of the Ataxian. The Ataxian is a documentary about two men affected by the degenerative neuromuscular disorder Friedreich's ataxia who race across the country on bikes to raise money and awareness for the cause.
Proceeds went to raising awareness and finding a cure for Friedreich's ataxia (FA).
If you missed it you may watch the Ataxian Trailer here.
